Facing new challenges, working with people and always questioning things critically in order to solve problems inspires and motivates me in my work.

I'm Caro. Only my grandparents actually call me Caroline, but I'm fine with both.

I grew up in Aachen, the westernmost city in Germany, but fell in love with Copenhagen, which is just as rainy. I live there now with my partner and two cats, learning Danish, pottery and exploring our new home, keeping an eye out for wooden giants and another lovely café.

Through my work experiences I discovered my passion for developing product and service innovations. I particularly enjoy the unknown territory of the early discovery phase, delving into research and collaborating closely with users and an interdisciplinary, agile team.

Things close to my heart

Besides my job, I am passionate about creativity through story telling – be it a book, a movie, video game or an old fashion pen and paper adventure with friends. I enjoy singing with others, I'm always up for new vegan recipes or a trip to explore magical places in nature or simply teaching my cats new tricks.
